These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between PT The Stage Bali ("The Stage Bali", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of https://thestage.net website and any of its products, services, ticketing, or venue-related functions (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

Local Disclosure – Indonesia

This Website is operated by PT The Stage Bali, a company incorporated in Indonesia. Your use of the Services is subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Stage Bali complies with Indonesian regulations governing hospitality, nightlife operations, alcohol service, payment processing, and personal data handling where required by local law. By using our Website or attending the Venue, you consent to our policies and applicable Indonesian law.

Age Restriction: Entry to The Stage Bali and participation in its services is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years old and above. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification upon entry or purchase.

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT The Stage Bali disclaims all liability for damages arising from your access or use of the Website or Venue except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory legal provisions.

By continuing to use this Website or Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are not permitted to use this Website or related Services.

Venue Conduct and Entry Policy

The Stage Bali reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the Venue for safety, misconduct, intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with Indonesian law, including alcohol restrictions.

Guests must adhere to dress code, safety rules, security procedures, and staff instructions at all times. No refunds will be given where refusal of entry or removal occurs.

Accounts and Membership

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Providing false information may result in termination. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms or damage our reputation.

Billing, Bookings & Payments

You agree to pay all fees, charges, bookings, or ticket payments associated with your purchase in accordance with the applicable billing terms.

All bookings, ticket purchases, reservations, and payments made through The Stage Bali website or its integrated platforms are considered final upon confirmation. By proceeding with any purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Prepaid bookings, deposits, table reservations, ticket purchases, and service fees are strictly non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise under the specific event terms and conditions;
  • All transactions executed via our Website or partner systems are subject to the rules, policies, and terms applicable to the event or booking type you select;
  • You are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your booking details before submitting payment;
  • Once payment is processed, changes, cancellations, or refunds will not be granted unless mandated by Indonesian law or expressly permitted under our event-specific policies.

We may require identity verification for bookings or payments deemed high-risk, suspicious, or exceeding certain transactional thresholds. Entry to the venue remains subject to compliance with applicable laws, age restrictions, dress code, safety policies, and entry requirements. Failure to comply does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases, bookings, ticket sales, deposits, memberships, and prepaid reservations made through The Stage Bali or its authorised platforms are strictly non-refundable, except where required under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.

Cancellations—whether voluntary, due to personal circumstances, travel issues, refusal of entry, missed events, or change of mind—do not entitle the customer to refunds, credits, or compensation.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets or bookings will automatically be transferred to the new date. If the event is cancelled without replacement, refund procedures (if applicable) will follow the event organiser's terms and may require submission through the designated agency or platform.

Fees, booking charges, credit card surcharges, promoter commissions, and service fees are never refundable under any circumstances.

Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Prevention

You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes without first contacting The Stage Bali or its designated operator.

Unlawful or deceptive chargebacks constitute breach of contract and fraud, and The Stage Bali reserves the right to:

  • suspend or block customer accounts,
  • refuse future entry or bookings,
  • initiate debt recovery for unpaid or reversed charges,
  • report disputes to relevant financial processors, and
  • pursue legal remedies under Indonesian law.

Transactions flagged as high-risk may require identity verification or supporting documents. Refusal to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

Any fraudulent behaviour—including identity misuse, stolen cards, or false claims—may be referred to Indonesian authorities and financial crime units.

Venue Terms for Prepaid VIP Tables

VIP, VVIP, sofa, lounge, and premium table packages require advance payment in full unless expressly stated otherwise.

By booking a table, you agree that:

  • Prepayments secure reservation only for the designated event date and are non-transferable unless authorised.
  • Table inclusions (such as F&B credit, bottle allocations, or benefits) are governed by the package terms.
  • Venue management reserves all rights to allocate seating locations, adjust floor plans, or modify inclusions due to operational, safety, or production requirements.
  • Guests must comply with age restrictions, dress code, venue rules, and behaviour standards.
  • Misconduct, refusal of entry, intoxication, or removal from the venue does not entitle the purchaser to any refund or compensation.

Failure to appear, late arrival, or incomplete attendance does not affect payment obligations or refund eligibility.

No-Show Policy

If the customer or their guests do not attend a booked event, table, package, or ticketed experience, for any reason, this constitutes a no-show.

No-shows do not qualify for refunds, credits, rescheduling, or reallocation of value.

Reserved tables, seating allocations, tickets, and prepaid benefits may be released at management discretion after the scheduled arrival time without obligation to compensate or refund the purchaser.

Operational decisions regarding timing, entry, cut-off periods, or reallocation are final and made solely by The Stage Bali management for purposes of safety, customer service quality, or venue operations.

Accuracy of Information

From time to time, information on the Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to availability, pricing, or promotions. We reserve the right to correct these without prior notice.

Third-Party Payment Processing & Booking Platform Services

Your use of third-party ticketing systems, payment processors, or service providers is governed by their terms. We are not liable for their performance, security, or policies. By enabling external services, you authorize PT The Stage Bali to share necessary data to facilitate your use.

The Stage Bali uses third-party providers to facilitate bookings, payment processing, and digital ticketing services, including but not limited to Stripe, Xendit, and P•Club.

Payment Processing

  • Credit card, debit card, e-wallet, and other forms of payment are securely processed by Stripe and Xendit, operating under their own privacy policies, security standards, and legal agreements.
  • By making a transaction on our Website, you agree to the respective terms and conditions of Stripe and Xendit.
  • The Stage Bali does not store, collect, or have access to complete card information, PIN numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials.
  • Any dispute relating to card processing (including declines, security blocks, identity requests, or chargeback handling) is between you and the payment provider under their terms.

Booking System Provider

Our booking services, including electronic table reservations, guest lists, memberships, ticketing integration, and user account functions are powered by P•Club, a third-party platform.

By booking through our Website or via P•Club services, you agree to be bound by P•Club's platform terms, including but not limited to:

P•Club manages user accounts, authentication, booking engine functionality, data processing, access control, and transaction pipelines on our behalf. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of P•Club's software, account management, or technical platform performance.

Third-Party Independence

The Stage Bali does not endorse, control, or guarantee:

  • the availability, accuracy, performance, data security, or legal compliance of Stripe, Xendit, or P•Club;
  • the outcome of payment approvals or disputes;
  • any reliance on policies and decisions made by such providers.

By using these services, you acknowledge and accept that your interaction—including transaction handling, refund eligibility, processing errors, delays, chargebacks, or security verifications—is subject to their respective rules and external terms.

Your continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of these third-party conditions and acknowledgement that all payments are final, non-refundable, and governed by applicable event policies.

Backups

We are not responsible for content or data stored on the Website. You are solely responsible for maintaining copies of your information.

Advertisements

Interactions with advertisers or partners are solely between you and the third-party. We assume no responsibility for any resulting issues.

Links to Other Websites

Links to third-party websites do not imply affiliation or endorsement unless clearly stated. You access such links at your own risk.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to restrictions already mentioned, you may not use the Website or Venue:

  • for unlawful acts under Indonesian law;
  • to harass, discriminate, or harm others;
  • to upload malicious content or security threats;
  • to interfere with business operations, safety, or security;
  • to misrepresent your identity or age.

We may revoke access or entry for violations.

Intellectual Property Rights

This Agreement does not transfer any ownership to you. All trademarks, branding, media, and content remain property of PT The Stage Bali or respective licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Your use of the Website and Venue Services is at your own risk. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of performance, uninterrupted operation, or accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indonesian law, PT The Stage Bali, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Venue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PT The Stage Bali harmless from claims arising out of your misconduct, misuse, or breach of this Agreement.

Venue Safety, Alcohol & Regulations

The Stage Bali operates under Indonesian nightlife and alcohol regulations. We reserve the right to:

  • request ID verification at any time,
  • limit alcohol service, and
  • refuse service to intoxicated persons.

Illegal substances, weapons, harassment, violence, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

Force Majeure

The Stage Bali shall not be liable for any failure to perform, suspension of activities, modification of event format, postponement, or cancellation arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • acts of God;
  • volcanic activity, ash disruption, earthquakes, tsunamis, or extreme weather;
  • fire, flood, or structural damage;
  • disease outbreaks, pandemic measures, public health restrictions, or quarantines;
  • acts of terrorism, civil unrest, riot, or war;
  • government actions, licensing delays, regulatory orders, immigration complications, or police directives;
  • venue safety concerns, technical failures, production breakdowns, or supply disruption.

In such circumstances:

  • prepaid bookings, packages, tickets, or reservations may be rescheduled or credited at management discretion;
  • refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to the event organiser's policy, third-party platform conditions, or applicable law;
  • liability shall not extend to consequential losses, travel expenses, accommodation, emotional loss, or indirect damages.

You acknowledge that Bali is geographically located in an active volcanic and seismic region and accept the inherent risks associated with attending events in this environment.

Photography, Filming & Media Consent

By entering The Stage Bali venue or attending an associated event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • photography, video recording, live broadcast, streaming, and media capture may occur;
  • you may be included in footage featuring attendees, ambience, or crowd shots;
  • you grant The Stage Bali and its partners a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display such imagery for promotional, commercial, archival, branding, PR, or social media purposes, without compensation or notice.

If you do not wish to be recorded, it is your responsibility to notify venue security or media personnel. While reasonable effort may be made to accommodate visibility requests, exclusion cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

You agree not to obstruct, interfere with, or claim ownership over any media captured within the venue.

Behaviour, Conduct & Intoxication Policy

The Stage Bali maintains strict standards for guest safety, experience quality, and venue reputation. By entering the venue or booking services, you agree to:

  • follow all staff instructions, security checks, and operational rules;
  • comply with Indonesian alcohol service laws, including proof-of-age verification and service limitations;
  • behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner toward other guests and staff.

The Stage Bali reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate bookings, revoke tickets, or eject guests without refund for:

  • intoxication or unsafe behaviour;
  • harassment, violence, threats, disorderly conduct, verbal abuse, or discrimination;
  • possession or attempted use of illegal substances, weapons, or contraband;
  • tampering with safety systems or disobeying security personnel;
  • non-compliance with dress code or event entry rules.

Management decisions regarding safety and conduct are final. Removal or refusal of entry does not entitle guests to refunds, credit, compensation, or future booking consideration.

Table Minimum Spend & Credit Use Policy

Certain VIP tables, sofa packages, lounge seats, and premium areas at The Stage Bali include a minimum spend requirement and/or beverage credit allocation.

By purchasing or reserving a table, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Minimum spend requirements are per event and must be fully consumed within the event schedule;
  • Any unused credits or minimum spend balances are forfeited at the end of the event and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable at later dates;
  • Included credits may only be applied toward eligible menu items, bottle service, or designated consumables, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative services;
  • Package inclusions, pricing, promotions, or minimum spend levels may vary by event and are subject to operational, seasonal, or production changes without notice.

The Stage Bali reserves the right to adjust menu prices, service taxes, included benefits, bottle allocations, or consumption rules at any time to comply with local regulations or business needs. Misconduct, late arrival, no-show, or refusal of entry does not entitle customers to reimbursement or credit carryover.

Data Privacy Notice (Indonesian Personal Data Protection Act)

The Stage Bali processes personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) of the Republic of Indonesia.

By using our Website, booking system, third-party platforms, or entering the venue, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of your personal data including, but not limited to:

  • identity details,
  • booking information,
  • contact records,
  • access control logs,
  • transaction history,
  • CCTV footage and venue security records.

We may share data with authorised service providers including security teams, payment processors, ticketing systems, membership platforms, and government authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal obligations and retention requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes consent to this policy.

Event Organiser Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted under Indonesian law, The Stage Bali, its owners, promoters, event partners, operators, or contractors shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • personal losses, including travel, accommodation, or economic impact;
  • injury caused by third parties, negligence of guests, or external hazards beyond reasonable control;
  • impacts arising from crowd behaviour, artist changes, production adjustments, set cancellations, or scheduling modifications.

Attendance at events is voluntary and at your own risk. Live entertainment involves elevated sound levels, lighting effects, and crowd movement, and you accept these inherent risks as a condition of entry.

Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our total responsibility shall be limited to the direct value of the ticket or booking purchased, without extending to incidental or follow-on losses.

Ticket Resale, Brokering & Scalping Prohibition

Tickets, guest passes, table reservations, seat allocations, digital access credentials, or booking confirmations purchased from The Stage Bali or its authorised sellers:

  • may not be resold, transferred for profit, offered for auction, or distributed through unauthorised marketplaces;
  • must not be used for promotional giveaways, competitions, sponsorship barter, or advertisement without written consent;
  • remain the property of The Stage Bali until redeemed at the event.

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel any resold or fraudulent tickets,
  • deny entry to holders of unauthorised tickets,
  • refuse future bookings to involved parties, and
  • pursue legal action or blacklisting.

The Stage Bali is not responsible for losses incurred from tickets purchased through third-party scalpers or unauthorised resellers.

Severability

If part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder continues in effect.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and disputes arising hereunder are governed by Indonesian law. Any legal proceedings must take place within the jurisdiction of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights without written approval. We may assign rights as part of business restructuring or acquisition.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will appear on this Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Acceptance of These Terms

You acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using this Website and our Services.
